Downstairs

Master bed room:

  • Air conditioned (and fan)
  • En suite – toilet, bidet, shower.

    • Overlooking the garden and the sea.

  • Four poster antique king size bed,

  • A large antique wardrobe and a coffee table with a kettle so you could walk straight to the garden and to the beach with your morning cuppa.

      • Kitchen:

      • Overlooking the garden.

      • Fridge freezer.

      • Four burner gas oven.

      • Cooking pots and pans.

      • Cutlery and crockery.

      • Please note the water from the tap is clean and drinkable as it is from the mains. You could get bottled water from the shop next door or simply ask the caretaker to get them for you.

      Dining area:

      • A covered terraced area overlooking the garden and the sea.

      • Sit here at night to watch the fruit bats flying by to eat the delicious Sri Lankan cherries.

      Living room:

      • A monk’s bed is there if you want to use it as a single bed sleeping area.

      • A Kandian style cupboard full of “emergency items” such as soap, light bulbs, tooth brushes, etc.

      Second bedroom:
    • Four poster antique king size bed
    • Hat stand
    • (No air conditioning - fan cooled only)

      • Spare bathroom:

      • Shower, toilet and basin.
